Relationship with God (Spirit and Soul)

Quick 3-Minute Daily Reset: Taking time to focus on resetting the brain several times a day through- Thanking God, Asking for Help, Joining God where he is already working.

Prayer and Meditation Daily: We are wired to worship and daily prayer helps to strengthen healthy circuits of worship in the brain and strengthen relationship with God. Replacing the truth of the word with negative thinking helps to calm and quiet the brain and allow the peace of God to flow.

Fasting: Allows you to break habits that may turn into addictions if not monitored. Also fasting allows you to concentrate on the truth of God’s word.  First you need to identify anything from foods, media, shopping, drugs etc etc that consume your time and are used to cope with adversities.

Gratitude: Take three minutes each day to reflect on and express thanks for something good in your life. This simple practice helps shift your focus to positivity and opens your heart to God and others.

Journal: Spend time writing in a daily journal to process your thoughts, emotions, and spiritual insights. Journaling is a powerful tool for recognizing growth, letting go of burdens, and noticing how God is at work in your journey.

Daily Vows

Spirit/Soul: Commit to daily meditation and prayer. Be mindful of your thoughts and the emotions that drive you, like fear or anxiety. Replace negative thinking with gratitude and don’t let difficult feelings control your actions.

Body: Promise to care for your body by making conscious choices about what you consume and how you rest. Remember that your body is a unique gift to be honored and protected throughout your life.
